Heating issue is there but you can solve by adding a small heat sink in the back of transmitter where u can see a big copper pad.
and if you add the heat sink also it won’t solve the issue. so you have to zip tie the transmitter to the arm below the motor so it will get a blast of air and it won’t get hot a bit.
i have made this mod and it is working for me. there is no option to add the photo, i could have added the picture. and this transmitter is not recommended to zip tie to arm in racing drones.

Personally didn’t like it. Mine Not working for the OTG 5.8G bought from robu.in. Much bigger almost the size of the OTG 520*320mm, gets very hot on limited use. You can go for Eachine AV transmitter almost 2/³ the cost and half the size and weight.

Works well.. but heating issue is there… Within the usage of 4 minutes the temperature goes to 64°C from 28°C..!
