Excellent upgrade from the stock Creality hotend on the Ender 3 v2.
Where the stock hotend gave very cold, matte prints with PLA+ due to not getting enough time to heat the filament, this gives nice, shiny prints without having to increase the temperatures. I was having issues at around 10mm³/s on the stock hotend, but no issues with this.
It’s also fine with much lower retraction distances. I was running 6mm with the stock hotend, while this needs around 2.5mm.
Since this is an all metal hotend, it does ooze filament between travel moves, so it needs fast travels. It’s also a bit wider than the stock MK8 hotend, so the fan ducts might need modification. It takes standard length nozzles.
