This is a SOP16 Transfer to DIP16 IC Adapter Converter Adapter Plate. Just solder the SMD chips on the board and plug them into the breadboard will make it convenient to do prototyping. It can be used repeatedly also.

The PCB board has two sides. One side for pin pitch size 0.8mm can be used to convert QFP32, TQFP32, LQFP32, or FQFP32 to DIP32 2.54mm. Another side for pin pitch size 0.8mm can be used to convert SOP32, SSOP32 to DIP 2.54mm.
This is a SOP16/SOP28/SSOP28 to DIP16/DIP28 Adapter Board. You can change the SOP16/SOP28/SSOP28 to DIP16/DIP28 packaging. So that You need not to buy the DIP chips for prototyping especially. Just solder the SMD chips on the board and plug it into the breadboard will make you convenient to do prototyping.
