The Double BTS7960 43A H-Bridge High-Power Stepper Motor Driver Module is designed for high-current PWM motor drives, featuring the innovative BTS7960 integrated half-bridge. This module includes both a p-channel high-side MOSFET and an n-channel low-side MOSFET, reducing the need for a charge pump and minimizing EMI. Offering robust protection features like overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, and temperature protection, it ensures reliable operation in demanding applications. The integrated driver IC simplifies microcontroller interfacing and optimizes space usage, making it an ideal solution for high-power motor control with low board space consumption and cost-effectiveness.

Input port:

  1. RPWM: forward level or PWM signal input, active high.
  2. LPWM: Reverse level or PWM signal input, active high.
  3. R_EN: forward drive enable input, high-level enable, low-level off.
  4. L_EN: Reverse drive enable input, high-level enable, low-level off.
  5. R_IS: forward drive current alarm output.
  6. L_IS: Reverse drive current alarm output.
  7. VCC: +5 V power output, 5V power supply connection with the microcontroller.
  8. GND: signal the common low end.
