HONEYWELL Hall Effect Magnetic Sensors – SS343RT

The Honeywell Unipolar Hall Effect/Magnetic Sensor is designed for efficient magnetic field detection with an operating supply voltage range of 3V to 24V. This sensor, housed in an SOT-23-3 package, features a low operating supply current of 3.5 mA and a maximum output current of 8 mA. With an operating point range of 45 G to 205 G and a release point range of 40 G to 180 G, it is suitable for a wide range of applications and can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +150°C.
