Alinx Z19-M Dev Board & Kit with AMD Zynq™ US+ MPSoC XCZU19EG

Alinx Z19-M Dev Board equipped with AMD/Xilinx Zynq ™ UltraScale+MPSoC series XCZU19EG device+NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module, FPGA+GPU heterogeneous computing video image processing development platform. Equipped with fast DDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash memory and QSPI flash memory, it provides excellent performance, realizes AI edge computing, and professional high-definition 8K video image acquisition and processing.

Alinx Z19-M Dev Board is compatible with a multitude of FMC board (data acquisition, motor control, display camera interfaces, software defined radio), provide high-speed communication interface (100G QSFP28+), high-speed storage (M.2) and video applications (DP, 12G-SDI, 8K HDMI2.1).

The Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC System features an AMD/Xilinx Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC with a quad-core Cortex™-A53, dual-core Cortex™-R5, and Mali-400MP2 GPU. It offers 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM on PS, 16 GB on PL, 2 x 64 MB QSPI Flash, and 32 GB eMMC Flash. The system supports 4 x HDMI 2.1 inputs/outputs (8K/60Hz), 8 x 12G SDI interfaces (4K/60Hz), and 2 x 100Gbps QSFP28 connectors. It also includes an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX Modules Interface, FMC HPC connector, UART, JTAG, Micro SD, real-time clock, EEPROM with temperature sensor, LEDs, and a heatsink kit. Powered by a 12V supply. Dimensions: 280 x 163 mm.

The NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX system supports the Jetson Orin NX modules, available in 16GB (100 TOPs) and 8GB (70 TOPs) configurations (sold separately). It includes a DP interface, Gigabit Ethernet, M.2 SSD and M.2 WiFi/BT interfaces, 4 x USB 3.0 Type-A, and 1 x USB 3.0 Type-C for connectivity. The system also features an EEPROM (24AA04 I/SN, 4-Kbit) for Jetson Orin NX integration.
