The Alinx ACRF47 SoM based on AMD Zynq™ US+ RFSoC XCZU47DR is a powerful system-on-chip featuring a quad-core ARM® Cortex™-A53 (1.333 GHz), 16nm FinFET+ FPGA, and advanced RF capabilities with 8 x 14-bit ADCs (up to 5 GSPS) and DACs (up to 9.85 GSPS). It includes 4 GB DDR4 for the processing system, 2 GB DDR4 for programmable logic, and 128 MB QSPI Flash. With high-speed connectivity (8 GTY transceivers at 28.21 Gbps, 4 PS-GTR at 6 Gbps), it operates in -40°C to +85°C, powered by a single 5V supply, and fits a compact 115 x 85 mm form factor with dual Samtec connectors.
