The Adafruit LPS28 (LPS28DFW) Pressure Sensor is designed for high-pressure ranges, ideal for both altitude and deep-water sensing applications. Unlike other sensors that top out at 1260 hPa, this sensor can handle pressures as low as 4060 hPa, making it suitable for underwater devices or robots that require pressure data from extreme depths (up to -43,000 feet or 40 meters underwater). It provides 24-bit precision with an accuracy of ±0.5 hPa, ideal for precise altitude measurements. It supports up to 200 samples per second and comes with an I2C interface for easy integration.
