After some time R Pi is showing Thermometer Icon, i.e It does not giving 3 Amp so I have scrapped it in this regard.

Not suggested as the raspberry pi 4 requirement is not satisfactory with this adapter. Got 4 of these and non of these provide enough power. Fake 3amp charger.
